Retreat Registration Policies
Pre-registration is required when taking a retreat. This can be done by calling us or in person at the store.
Payment and Deposits: At the time of registration for your retreat you will need to pay one half of the payment. This includes a $25 non-refundable deposit. The balance of the payment will be due 8 weeks prior to the start date of the retreat. You will receive a supply list for the retreat by mail. Lodging is not included in retreat pricing, we are happy to help you with accommodations in the area and will send you lodging information so you can make your own arrangements.
Cancellations: A $25 non-refundable deposit is paid at the time of registration. Cancellation 8 weeks or less to a retreat start date, there will be no refund in the form of store credit given. Please, realize when we hire outside teachers we are paying that teacher for a certain amount of students and therefore committed to their fees. You are welcome to fill your own spot with another person.
